Terms and Conditions

By visiting the MERMSICAL website (“Site”), (“MERMSICAL”), you are accepting and consenting to be bound by the Terms of Use provided herein.

In these terms and conditions:

  • Reference to “we” and “us” is a reference to
  • Reference to “you” is a reference to the purchaser of the Goods from us.
  • “Contract” means the contract between us for the sale and purchase of the Goods which incorporates these Terms & Conditions.
  • “Goods” or "Items" means the accessories purchased by you from us.
  • “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you "Contract". Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from our site. Please note that by ordering any of our products, you agreee to bound by these terms and the other documents expressly referred to in it.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, OR ANY POSTED GUIDELINES OR RULES, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to update or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such new terms on the Site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting with the date of the most recent revisions appearing at the bottom of this page, so check back often. We encourage you to review these Terms and Condition whenever you use the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges only if the item you received is damaged. We are unable to offer refunds, returns/exchanges for any other reasons. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at and include photos of your damaged item. 

In the event that there is no availability of the item, a refund will be issued to you in the form of a promo code to be used within 30 days.

Customers will bear the return and exchange shipping cost. Promo code issued to the customer will be a deduction of the shipping cost. Please note that the promo code is for a one time use only. We encourage all packages to be sent back to us via registered postage as lost packages are not our responsibility.

Promo code can be used at anytime at the checkout before expiry. Please note that the balance of any unused credit or any difference in price on an exchange made for an item of a lesser value is not refundable. 

Please ensure that you return items within 14 days of the date of your order's arrival. Returns outside this time frame will not be accepted.


Please ensure that address given is complete and accurate. We will not be responsible in the event that the address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect. Shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

All international orders will be mailed via SingPost.

All local and international orders will be processed and mailed out within 3-5 working days upon payment.

All local orders will be mailed via Singpost.

  • Local Normal Postage: Flat rate at $1.00 per order with subsequent item at $1.00

Normal postages usually takes 3 to 7 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Mermsical will not be held responsible for any lost mails. It is advised to opt for registered postage for your Mermail to arrive safely at your doorstep.

  • Local Registered Postage: Flat rate at $2.50 per order with subsequent item at $1.00

Registered mails usually takes 1 to 3 working days from the shipped date, excluding weekends & public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

We are unable to do any refunds for any postage charges if you have consecutive orders. 
In order to avoid being charged extra, please ensure that your final order is accurate before proceeding to payment
